Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are handicapped accessible and free parking is available.

When you contact our office, you will speak to an intake worker who screens callers for eligibility for our services. If you are not eligible, we will try to refer you to an agency that can help you.

If you are eligible, the intake worker will ask you some questions about your problem. An advocate will call you back and discuss the case further. You may be given advice to help you or the advocate may represent you in hearings or court proceedings.
