Eligibilty for MWLS Services
MWLS seeks to make its services accessible to as many residents as possible. This access may be limited to legal advice because we do not have enough staff to handle all of the requests for services. Services are available to residents who live in the communities served by MWLS, meet the income guidelines established by the Legal Services Corporation, and whose requests for help fall within the priorities listed in CASES HANDLED.

Our office is located at 63 Fountain Street, Suite 304 in Framingham, MA. We serve clients who reside in the following communities:

Income Guidelines
Your income cannot exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If you need legal help, please call our number listed below. An intake worker will determine whether MWLS can help you. Even if we cannot take your case, we may be able to refer you to other resources to help you with your problem.
MWLS cannot handle criminal cases.
